HEDGEROW ALCHEMY – WILD COCKTAILS ONLINE WORKSHOP
(This workshop is pre-recorded so that you can watch it in your own time).

‘Learn how to use seasonal wild botanicals to make creative drinks and cocktails’.
Wild leaves, flowers, berries, seeds, roots and flowers have been used to create herbal liqueurs for both medicinal use and pleasure for thousands of years. Many of these elixirs originated in ancient monastic communities, and some of them have become iconic classic liqueurs, where the recipes remain a closely guarded secret.

Our hedgerows, fields, parks, urban areas and coastlines are abundant with wild botanicals. Join me on this live online workshop where I will teach you how to safely identify wild herbs, and how to use these beneficial plants to create teas, infusions, liqueurs, syrups and flavoured salts, that you can then craft into your own signature drinks and cocktails.
