Medicinal Herb Workshop

HOLISTIC NATURAL HEALING

Join Denise at The Herb Garden where we will start by identifying some of the most important native Irish wild medicinal herbs and learning about their beneficial properties. The identification session will be followed by a practical demonstration on making effective natural herbal remedies.

While enjoying an herbal tea tasting, you will learn the skills of crafting healing herbal infusions, oils, tinctures and poultices, using both fresh and dried herbs. There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and explore the herbs and remedies that will work for you and your family, in a safe and nurturing space.
