Learn how to use herbs and wild plants for food and medicine. Online and in person workshops and foraging walks.
Hi, Denise here,
Welcome to The Herb School where my aim is to share my love and knowledge of herbs and wild plants with you through my online and in person classes, workshops and foraging walks.
My mission is to de-mystify the world of herbs and wild plants and to teach you how to use them for their valuable nutritional and health enhancing benefits. Weeds are my favourite plants and I am passionate about sharing my knowledge of them with you. These plants have been used for food and medicine for thousands of years and can enhance our lives in so many ways.
Explore the world of native Irish plants and trees with me at The Herb Garden, my rewilded, organic garden situated just outside the charming village of Naul in North County Dublin, in the shadow of Fourknocks megalithic tombs.
While I am continuing to work on building this new website you can find the topics and dates for all upcoming in person workshops and foraging walks for 2023 over on The Herb Garden website by clicking on Foraging Walks in the menu above.
I hope you can join me in person or online very soon…
