Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When you book an event, workshop or foraging walk with us you agree to the following terms and conditions.

As we are a very small, one-person operation, and bookings for events are often made months in advance, we cannot offer refunds under any circumstances.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and allow us to offer your place to others, please note the following:

Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event are non-refundable, but you will be offered the option to transfer to another date, subject to availability.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, you may be offered an alternative date.

Cancellations made within 2 days of the event are non-refundable and alternative dates will not be offered.

Transfer your Booking: If you need to cancel for any reason, you can transfer your booking to someone else, provided you contact us in advance with the person’s name, contact number and email address.

Late arrivals or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.

If we must cancel due to severe weather, or any other circumstances beyond our control, you will be offered an alternative date. If the alternative date doesn’t suit, you will be offered the option to book a future date, subject to availability.

If the alternative dates that are offered do not suit, you will be offered a gift voucher for the value of the walk or workshop. Alternatively, you can choose an online course/courses of your choice, that is/are of equal value to the cost of your original booking.

Thank you for your understanding and support of our small business.
